Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) & Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma (Dual Award)

18 Days - One weekend per month for 9 months

The NCH/NCFE accredited Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD), and Clinical Wellness Academy Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma will give you everything you need to set up your practice, and be a confident professional.

This is a dual award:

The HPD being an NCH/NCFE accredited certification at Level 4

The CW Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma at Level 5

This course is open to those with no experience, experienced hypnotherapists, psychotherapists, counsellors, and medically trained personnel, and this course is easily insured

Our programme encompasses the following:

• A thorough understanding of hypnosis and hypnotherapy
• Ethics, consent, confidentiality, and safety
• Hypnotic inductions: instant, rapid, and progressive/traditional
• Neuroscience, anatomy and physiology
• Working with clients, building communication skills and rapport
• Modern techniques and approaches, as well as historical methods, Ericksonian hypnosis, Mesmerism, and more
• Working with anxiety and phobias, confidence, and self esteem
• Using EMDR with Hypnosis (includes EMDR training and cert.)
• Working with weight management (includes weight management cert.)
• Working with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) (includes IBS management cert.)
• Pain management (includes pain management cert.)
• Working with clients with Post-trauma (PTSD) 
• Combining hypnosis with other therapies
• Using hypnotherapy online
• Smoking Cessation
• Addiction management
• Working with clients with hypertension
• Psychoneuroimmunology, and working with oncology patients
• Building relations with other healthcare professionals/GPs, etc
• Marketing techniques for success
• Working with children and young people
• Working with sleep issues and insomnia
• Working with grief and bereavement
• Sports and performance improvement
• Academic and educational support hypnotherapy
• Fertility and hypnobirthing

There is much more to this course, the above is just a brief introduction, and the weekends are a good mixture of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Our aim is to build your confidence, allowing you to develop and flourish as a professional hypnotherapist

Peer Support

You will be supported by faculty, and you and your group members are welcome to attend group sessions on Zoom/MS Teams

Individual Support

You can access personal support with your teacher, and this is facilitated by phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, or MS Teams calls

Our support is ongoing and we support all of our graduates post-course

Student Membership of the NCH for 18 months is included in this HPD course

Course timings are 09:00 to 17:00 unless otherwise notified

Students must attend all 18 course days, however we appreciate that certain dates may occasionally be missed due to illness, holidays etc. Where possible, student absence on a particular date will be covered at a mutually convenient date, either by attendance on another agreed date, or on the next scheduled course.
