This course will teach you the theoretical and practical methods required to perform professional Warm Bamboo Massage treatments. 

You will learn:

• How to prepare your treatment area
• How to prepare your client for a warm bamboo massage treatment
• Perform a warm bamboo massage
• Provide aftercare advice for your client
• How to care for your bamboo sticks
• Incorporating warm bamboo massage into other treatments

In your Pre-course reading material you will study:

• The History of bamboo therapy
• Structure of bamboo
• Benefits of warm bamboo massage

As the name suggests, Warm Bamboo Massage consists of massaging the body with warmed bamboo sticks of various lengths and diameters.  Warm bamboo is a great treatment which helps to improve circulation and can relieve sore muscles.  As a therapist this treatment will allow you to perform deep muscle movements, with less strain on your hands and wrists.
