Counselling is a talking therapy that involves a trained therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with emotional issues.
Sometimes the term "counselling" is used to refer to talking therapies in general, but counselling is also a type of therapy in its own right.
Most of us at some point in our lives will experience a time or times when we feel overwhelmed by feelings, emotions or circumstances. These feelings often impact on other areas of our life. These feelings may affect our working life, relationships with others, or our personal life, to the extent that we feel unable to live in a successful or satisfactory way. This may be the time to seek out a counsellor/psychotherapist.
All of our counselling is private, confidential and one to one. There is no group work or therapy.
We have both a female and male practitioner available, depending on the type of counselling that you require. Please enquire for more details.
We can be contacted by clicking here, calling Dr. Marc Johnson Ph.D on 07428 357193, or Michelle Dodgson on 01352 376917, or by email firstname.lastname@example.org
