We aim to empower others by helping them make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives.
Often people that use a coach are short of self-confidence and find themselves in a routine that lacks enjoyment or excitement.
Our coaching supports individuals, teams or groups in achieving greater self-awareness, improved self-management skills and increased self-efficacy, so that that they can become self-sufficient, with stronger internal resources.
We collaborate with our clients, using a conversation-based process, which emphasises and builds on existing, and developing strengths. It is often focused on supporting you in making changes, either to how things are at present or to your near and distant future.
Sessions are bespoke and may be either well structured and directional or interactive and dynamic, and can last up to three hours. There are several models of coaching, but many coaches integrate more than one model, along with various elements of more therapeutic approaches such as person-centred, solution focused or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, however coaching is not therapy, and the two types of session should not be confused.
A coach can help you with:
Guidance is where the life coach provides the tools and support for someone to widen their perspective and open their mind, enabling them to reach their goals.
Empowerment is where the individual is enabled to realise their own self-worth and self-belief that has, for one reason or another, been diminished.
Improvement is the ability that an individual will gain that enables them move from where they are to where they want to be, in effect reaching their goal.
