Reflexology is a hands on treatment which involves pressure being applied to areas of the feet, hands or ears in order to bring about physical changes within the body.
The application of manual pressure upon the reflexes in these areas may result in stress reduction and the rebalancing of bodily systems.
Reflexology has been practiced for over 5000 years and is a deeply relaxing therapy. Our qualified reflexologist will tailor a treatment to your individual and specific requirements.
